Mission Statement.
The Chippewa Flowage Area Property Owners Association, Inc. (CFAPOA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, formed to generally promote, encourage, and foster the interests of all property owners. Its major objectives are: to keep the Chippewa Flowage area clean and safe for all people; to protect the environment; to provide a forum for the collection and exchange of ideas; to support acquisition of land for protection and conservation and to pursue any other lawful objectives that may benefit this pristine lake, its wetlands, wildlife and tributaries.
